The service

Alpha Mindset provides educational self-development practices, goal and evidence tools, journaling, reminders, focus features and an AI-assisted conversation area called Luna. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial or legal advice and is not a substitute for qualified professional care.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms.

Your account and data

You are responsible for protecting access to your account and for the content you choose to save, back up or send to Luna. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

AI-assisted features

Luna responses are generated with automated systems and may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your circumstances. You remain responsible for your decisions and should seek a qualified professional for high-stakes matters.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with availability, upload unlawful material or use the service to harm another person.

Content and ownership

Alpha Mindset owns its app, design, exercises and original content. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us only the limited rights required to process, store, synchronize and display it back to you and to provide features you request.

Availability

Features may change as the product develops. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law or maintain the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Results depend on many factors and are never guaranteed.

Ending your account

You may stop using the service or request deletion at any time. Sections that reasonably need to survive termination will remain in effect.
