Include the useful details

• Your device model and operating-system version.
• The app version shown in Profile.
• What you expected and what happened instead.
• A screenshot if it does not contain private journal text.

Backup and restore

Cloud backups are manual during beta. Before moving devices or reinstalling, open Profile → Cloud backup and choose Back up now. Restoring replaces the current device data only after confirmation.
